We started with a simple vision: to ensure that no family in our neighborhood has to choose between food and essentials.
Little Chicks Community Shop CIC was founded on the belief that food should be a right, not a privilege. We saw firsthand how the current system often left families in limbo—either waiting for a food bank that was closed or navigating the high prices of supermarkets. Our mission is to create a bridge that is both reliable and affordable whilst maintaining the dignity of families through being able to choose your own products,
Today, we are more than just a community shop; we are a community hub. We work closely with redistribution supplies to source a range of staple items alongside fresh, nutritious food while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
